Dear/Kind Data Owner, we wish to inform you that your data will be processed by: Digipeeks s.r.l., located in Verona, via da Levanto 7/A, 37125 - VR - Italy, in full respect of D.Lgs. 196/03. For this purpose we kindly ask you to read the present document.

Purpose and conditions of treatment of data: Collected data are managed according to contract or legal obligations, in order to improve the management of commercial relations and to proceed in supplying the requested service. Data will be managed and recorded both on paper and electronically (database), in full respect of minimal terms of security as referred in Allegato B of D.Lgs. 196/03.

Mandatory or optional status of data assignment: For data managed according to contract or legal obligations, providing such data is mandatory, and the refusal to provide it or to submit it to processing - when requested - will determine the ending of ongoing commercial relations or the impossibility to begin new ones.

Data communication and diffusion area: Data can be communicated in Italy or in foreign countries to banking institutions, service companies, legal authority, subsidiary or controlling companies associations, consultants and freelancers, information systems' managers, debt collection agencies, with whom we will be in a working relationship, always and in any case for legal or contract obligations; in case of your objection, we will find the best s olution for both sides from time to time.

Data will be communicated in the company, for internal operational needs, to the person in charge to treatment of the data.

Data owner's rights (art. 7) The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirm of the his/her personal data existence or otherwise, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in a intelligible form.

The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purpose and modality of the treatment; c) of the applied logic in case of treatment with electronical instruments; d) of the identification data of the person in authority, of the responsible and of the designate representative according to art. 5, comma 2; e) of the subjects or of the categories of subjects to which personal data can be communicated or can gain knowledge of them in quality of designate representative in State territory, of responsible or person in charge.

The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) the update, the rectification, that is when he/she is interested, data integration; b) the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous form or the block of data, which have been treated in violation of law, included data in which the conservation is not necessary in connection with the aims for which data has been collected and subsequently treated; c) the certificate that the operation in the letter a) and b) have been broght to knowledge, even for their content, of someone to whom data have been communicated or released, excepted for the case when the fulfilment is impossible or involves an employment of means expressely disproportionate compared to tutelaried right.

The person concerned has the right to oppose completely or partially: - for proper reasons to the personal data that concerns him/her, even though relevant to the aim of the data-gathering; - to personal data treatment that concerns him/her, to aims of deliver of advertising material or retail selling material, or for market research or for commercial communication. Rights in art. 7 are exercised with request directed to the owner or to the responsible, without formality, even by means of a representative, to whom is given appropriate reply without delay.
